*For returning students, you will not need to fill out a registration form, but sign a new liability form
*New students, you will need to fill out a registration form and a release and liability
*New policy: All students are required to have a credit card authorization form on file. This does not mean all students are required to have auto-pay, but in the event that the tuition payment is late the card will be charged on the 6th with a late fee. If the card is declined, your child will not be able to participate in classes.
