Policy/ Procedures
REGISTRATION FEE: $60.00 per dancer/year (Non-refundable)
BASIC TUITION: All tuitions are payable monthly in advance. All tuitions are based on 4 lessons per month. Tuition remains the same in a month regardless of holidays, or the number of weeks in a month. When a 5th lesson occurs, this is considered a BONUS LESSON, and no extra charge is made. Tuition is non-refundable, non-transferable between dancers, and will not be credited do to missed or dropped classes. Hammond Studio of Dance does not invoice except in cases where account is delinquent.
There will be a $25.00 late fee for tuition paid after the 5th of each month
This includes any credit cards that are declined
There will be a $30.00 service charge for all returned checks.
ABSENCES & MAKE-UPS: The progress of your child depends upon the consistency with which he/she attends class. Excusable absences may be made up within 4 weeks of the excused absence. Full tuition is ALWAYS due on the 1st of every month regardless of the number of absences.
We will observe certain holidays throughout the year. Monthly tuition will not be adjusted; the accumulated BONUS LESSONS will be applied. Students taken out for the month of December, or any month, will be assessed a re-registration fee, and placement in class will not be guaranteed. In all fairness to your child, and to eliminate discouragement, consistent attendance is a must.
MAKE-UPS MAY NOT BE ACCUMULATED TO REPLACE THE NEXT MONTHS TUITION!
